Are you student-focused, tech-savvy, and ready for a role that’s more than just admin?

We’re looking for a Training Operations Coordinator who thrives on variety, loves helping people, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-energy education team.

Our client is a respected and fast-growing education and training provider offering nationally recognised programs across VET and Higher Education. As the Training Operations Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of activity—ensuring students and lecturers enjoy a seamless, high-quality experience from enrolment to graduation.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys the buzz of daily interaction, can juggle multiple priorities, and has a sharp eye for compliance and detail.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for students and lecturers, providing timely and professional support.
  • Monitor student progress and implement interventions that promote retention and success.
  • Coordinate end-to-end course delivery including enrolments, scheduling, Moodle updates, and certification.
  • Maintain data accuracy in Paradigm, manage timetables, financial reconciliations, and course logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with the 2025 Standards for RTOs, contributing to audits and continuous improvement.
  • Support the use of digital learning systems and online classroom platforms.
  • Collaborate with the College Manager and academic teams on strategic and operational projects.

What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in administration or student support within an RTO or education setting.
  • Sound knowledge of RTO compliance requirements (highly regarded).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech confidence across Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and online delivery tools.
  • Proven ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and customer-service excellence.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to obtain (fully funded).

Why you’ll love it

  • Supportive, dynamic team culture with real career pathways.
  • Hybrid flexibility — work from home and the office.
  • Opportunities for ongoing professional development and funded qualifications.
