We’re looking for a Higher Education Student Services Officer who thrives on variety, loves helping people, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-energy education team.

Our client is a respected and fast-growing education and training provider offering nationally recognised programs across VET and Higher Education. As the Student Services Officer you’ll be at the centre of activity—ensuring students and lecturers enjoy a seamless, high-quality experience from enrolment to graduation.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys the buzz of daily interaction, can juggle multiple priorities, and has a sharp eye for compliance and detail.


What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for students and lecturers, providing timely and professional support.

  • Monitor student progress and implement interventions that promote retention and success.

  • Coordinate end-to-end course delivery including enrolments, scheduling, Moodle updates, and certification.

  • Maintain data accuracy in Paradigm, manage timetables, financial reconciliations, and course logistics.

  • Ensure compliance with the Higher Education standards, contributing to audits and continuous improvement.

  • Support the use of digital learning systems and online classroom platforms.

  • Collaborate with the College Manager and academic teams on strategic and operational projects.


What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years experience in co-ordination, administration or student support within an Education or training setting.

  • Sound knowledge of Higher Education or RTO compliance requirements is desirable but not essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Tech confidence across Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and online delivery tools.

  • Proven ability to multitask and problem solve while maintaining accuracy and customer-service excellence.
