Bright Steps Academy is opening a brand-new, purpose-built childcare centre in Victor Harbor (Chiton), and we're looking for passionate and caring Childcare Educators (Certificate III and Diploma qualified) to join our founding team in part-time, casual, or full-time positions.
At Bright Steps Academy, we're dedicated to providing high-quality early learning in a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Our educators play a vital role in nurturing each child's growth and wellbeing, and we're just as committed to helping our educators grow too.
About the Role
As a Childcare Educator, you'll create engaging, play-based learning experiences, build meaningful connections with children and families, and work collaboratively within a supportive team. Whether you're starting your career or bringing valuable experience, we'll support you to thrive.
What We're Looking For
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Genuine passion for early learning and nurturing young minds
- Understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best practice, or willingness to learn
- Warm, positive, and team-focused approach
- Commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and inspiring environments
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences
- Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Build strong, positive relationships with families and colleagues
- Maintain compliance with regulations and organisational standards
