The Role

• Deliver MSS40322 Certificate IV in Competitive Systems and Practices on site with production teams.
• Train, assess, and coach on the floor across safety, quality, problem solving, and workflow.
• Plan delivery, manage scheduling, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Track completions and outcomes to agreed KPIs.

What You Need

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• MSS40322 Certificate IV in Competitive Systems and Practices or equivalent vocational competency at Cert IV level.
• Recent manufacturing experience in plant, production, or process operations.
• Confident communication with supervisors through to the CEO.
• Strong organisation and follow-through in live industrial environments.

Nice to Have

• Lean or CI exposure such as 5S, Kaizen, A3 problem solving.
• Experience with PMA/PMB/PMC streams or MSM40116.
• Valid SA driver licence and willingness to work on client sites.

Salary and Engagement

• Employed total package: $102,000–$135,000 per year inclusive of super.
• Optional phone and car allowance as part of the package.
• Contractor: $500–$700 per day + GST.
• Full-time preferred. Part-time or contract possible for the right person.
