This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for a qualified Trainer & Assessor to deliver Certificate IV and Diploma of Building & Construction programs. You’ll be joining a friendly, professional team that values collaboration, integrity, and student success.

About the Role

• Deliver and assess training in line with the Training Package, industry requirements, and the VET Quality Framework.
• Prepare and deliver Certificate IV and Diploma of Building & Construction programs to engaged learners.
• Support diverse learners, with the backing of a strong internal training team.
• Complete all assessment, reporting, and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a focus on quality, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) – essential
• CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building & Construction (Building) – essential
• CPC50220 Diploma of Building & Construction (Building) – highly regarded
• Current Victorian DBU or CBU licence
• Strong practical experience in Building & Construction
• LMS familiarity and product development experience – highly regarded
