• We are seeking an experienced TAE Trainer...

We’re seeking an engaging educator to deliver Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40122) to a varied student cohort including TAFE Teachers, Secondary School Teachers, and the general public.

You will be employed by one of the leading TAFES in Melbourne who deliver training to over 20 000 students per year. This reputable organisation is re-defining vocational training in terms of it's quality and student outcomes

???? The Setup

???? 1:00pm – 9:00pm working hours with 6-9pm delivery (Online)
???? A blend of Work from Home and in the office, for delivery, assessing and prep
???? 4 days delivery (FT) or 2 days delivery (0.4 EFT)

School holidays are work from home for the duration

✈️ What You’ll Do

• Deliver, design and develop learning programs and flexible learning strategies.

• Contribute to the development of resources and programs to generate authentic learning experiences.

• Contribute to program evaluation

• Contribute to the design, development and validation of assessment tools, and/or modify existing ones, to suit client needs and specified context.

• Plan and assess student learning and competence in a range of contemporary VET settings using a range of methods to ensure validity and reliability in assessment decisions

• Comply with national VET quality standards and relevant legislation.

• Provide accurate pre-course advice to students and assist with student selection and student induction.

• Use current training packages, accredited courses, supporting tools and resources to support training and assessment practices.

You should be:

• A Current or ex TAE Teacher

• Has delivered Train the Trainer TAE

• A Teacher who holds a current Diploma of Training and Assessment (or above)

• A Highly compliant teacher

• A Resilient and agile teacher

• Able to respond to student enquiries in an expedient manner
