Individual Support - Casual Trainer & Assessor
Strong Potential for Ongoing work | Immediate Start
We are seeking an experienced and engaging Trainer & Assessor to deliver Certificate III in Individual Support for our client.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can drive engagement, support diverse learners, and improve completion outcomes — not just deliver content.
The Role
Casual engagement with strong potential for full-time ongoing
Full-time hours (38 hrs/week)
Online delivery (Zoom) + potential face-to-face if extended
Mix of delivery, marking, and student support
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training (virtual + 1:1 support)
Own your cohort – drive attendance, engagement & completions
Support at-risk students proactively
Mark assessments and maintain records
Participate in validation and continuous improvement
About You
TAE40116/TAE40122 (or equivalent)
Cert III Individual Support (or higher)
3–5+ years Aged Care / Disability experience
Strong online delivery skills (Zoom)
Tech confident (aXcelerate desirable)
Student-focused, proactive, and accountable
Essential
QLD Blue Card (must be current)
Police Check
