Bright Spark Recruitment is partnering with a specialist not-for-profit Group Training Organisation seeking an experienced Group Training Officer to join its Sydney-based team.
This is an opportunity to put your GTO experience to work across traineeship compliance, national operations, stakeholder management and trainee development, working directly with the CEO.

What you'll be doing
You'll be a key part of the organisation's operations, helping ensure its traineeship programs run smoothly and compliantly.
Manage training contracts, enrolments, variations and completions.
Maintain accurate records, regulatory reporting and audit-ready documentation.
Support trainee recruitment, onboarding, progression and welfare.
Coordinate with host employers, RTOs and government agencies.
Work alongside the Operations Coordinator on placements and logistics.
Support the CEO with reporting, compliance and operational improvements.
Identify smarter ways to improve systems, processes and trainee outcomes.
What we're looking for
We're keen to speak with experienced:
GTO Field Officers and Senior Field Officers.
GTO Team Leaders and Operations Coordinators.
Apprenticeship and Traineeship Program Officers.
RTO and VET professionals with strong traineeship compliance experience.
You'll bring sound knowledge of training contracts, compliance, trainee management and stakeholder relationships, along with excellent organisational skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
You don't need to have held a management title. What matters is your GTO knowledge, initiative, attention to detail and ability to take ownership.
