AMEP English Trainers – Help Adult Migrants Succeed

We’re recruiting passionate English language teachers for the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and other adult learning streams across South-East Melbourne.

Bright Spark Recruitment is contracted with a government body to recruit qualified teachers for the delivery of the AMEP program, helping newly arrived migrants and refugees gain the language skills they need to settle confidently and thrive in their new communities.

Whether you’re an experienced AMEP teacher, an ELICOS educator, or a TESOL-qualified professional with a strong foundation in adult learning — we’d love to hear from you. If you have a genuine passion for empowering adult migrants and refugees through language and settlement support, you’ll find meaningful, rewarding work in these roles.

• Stability & Growth: Ongoing part-time and full-time teaching opportunities with clear pathways for career progression and secure, long-term work.
• Real Support: Join reputable providers who value teaching quality and offer a supportive, respectful, and team-based culture with minimal red tape.

Locations

Teaching is delivered face-to-face on campus only — at multiple sites across South-East Melbourne.
