Overview
A well-established, not-for-profit electrical training organisation is seeking an Electrotechnology Trainer to deliver high-quality trade training across Certificate II, Certificate III (apprenticeship), and post-trade programs. Training is delivered face to face at a large, purpose-built facility in Brisbane. The organisation is strongly embedded in the electrical trades sector, with long-standing industry backing and well-established governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accredited electrotechnology training across Certificate II, Certificate III (apprenticeship), and/or post-trade qualifications.
- Prepare and deliver training and assessment in line with RTO compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate training, assessment, and student records.
- Support apprentice and learner progression through practical, workplace-aligned delivery.
- Ensure workshop safety and industry-standard training practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance activities.
Candidate Profile
