What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance or a senior role within an RTO or regulated training environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ASQA standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) is essential.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to collaborate with multiple teams.
