About the Role:

Join a vibrant, collaborative team as our new Admissions Officer! You’ll assess higher education course applications for domestic and international students, ensuring enrolments run smoothly, meet policy requirements, and deliver a fantastic student experience, every time.

Ideally, you will have some knowledge of Australia’s education sector and the Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS).

What You’ll Do:

• Process applications and issue offer letters quickly and accurately
• Keep records and systems up to date
• Communicate clearly with students and stakeholders
• Support the Lead Admissions Officer and admin team as needed
• Work closely with your team to make enrolments seamless and stress-free

• Experience in admissions (especially international students)
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach
• A team player who’s proactive, organised and loves helping people
• Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds
