This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Diploma-qualified Trainer & Assessor to deliver Certificate IV, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma of Building & Construction programs. Previous leadership experience in Commercial Construction roles and/or Leadership qualifications an advantage.

About the Role

• Deliver and assess training in line with the Training Package, industry requirements, and VET Quality Framework
• Prepare, deliver, and assess Certificate IV, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma of Building & Construction programs
• Support learners with diverse needs, with the backing of a foundation skills trainer and experienced managers
• Complete all required preparation, administration, and reporting tasks associated with training delivery
• Ensure compliance and maintain a strong focus on quality and learner engagement

Qualifications & Experience

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
• CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building & Construction (Building) – competency required
• CPC50220 Diploma of Building & Construction (Building) – competency required
• Advanced Diploma of Building & Construction (or AQF6 equivalent skill sets) highly regarded
• CPCCWHS1001 – Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card)
• Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel when required
• Current Working with Children Check
• Strong background in Building & Construction, with practical experience highly valued
• LMS and product development experience (highly regarded)
