This new Education Support Trainer role is designed to embed Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) support directly into training programs. No remedial side sessions. No juggling alone. You’ll be the go-to expert, working side-by-side with trainers and learners to unlock success.

The Role

Location: Based in South Melbourne (on-site parking)

• Provide targeted LLND support flagged by trainers or assessments
• Deliver in-class support, coaching, and 1:1 assistance where needed
• Mentor trainers in inclusive teaching and planning strategies
• Co-develop and review resources embedding LLND and digital literacy
• Occasionally support evening classes (5:30–9pm, with time off in lieu)
• Some activity at the East Melbourne campus and nearby simulation centre

What We’re Looking For

• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
• Solid experience delivering LLND support in adult or vocational settings
• Confident with digital tools and online learning platforms
• A natural collaborator who supports both learners and trainers
