  • 3 days in-office, 2 days remote – Brisbane-based
  • Diverse role!
  • Highly experienced leadership team!

Hybrid RTO Co-ordination role with strong focus on trainers, students and compliance.

Utilise your extensive RTO experience and join a fantastic National RTO that delivers training to over 100,000 students per year!

The RTO's programs span first aid, workplace health and safety, and high-risk industries, with clients ranging from government-funded programs to large corporate groups.

Their reputation is built on delivering practical, outcomes-focused training that helps prevent injuries, saves lives, and builds safer workplaces. As they continue to grow, they are expanding the team to meet increased delivery, student support, and compliance demands.

This varied and rewarding Training Coordination role is located just south of Brisbane’s CBD in a modern office space, with the flexibility to work from home four days per week. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused Training Coordinator to join the operations team. This role requires someone who is highly organised, compliance-driven, and passionate about customer service.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring safety and compliance programs are delivered seamlessly—coordinating schedules, supporting students and trainers, and ensuring all operations meet national training and regulatory standards.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where every day you’ll contribute to safer workplaces and better learner outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate Training Operations: Manage scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for safety and compliance courses, both accredited and short programs.
  • Client & Learner Support: Provide outstanding customer service — respond to enquiries promptly, assist with enrolments, and proactively check in on learner progression and wellbeing.
  • Trainer & Assessor Support: Allocate trainers, manage delivery calendars, and maintain trainer files in line with compliance requirements.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery aligns with AQF requirements, WHS standards, and nationally recognised training packages. Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Student Administration: Issue confirmations, maintain accurate records, and assist with AVETMISS, USI verification, and LMS access.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain high levels of accuracy across Student Management Systems and support compliance reporting obligations.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to streamlining administrative processes while reinforcing a culture of safety, compliance, and quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of accredited training packages, AQF requirements, and RTO compliance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting compliance activities such as audits, validation, and WHS obligations.
  • High proficiency with Student Management Systems and Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills — able to build trust and rapport with learners, trainers, and clients.
  • Strong digital literacy (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, LMS platforms).

Why You’ll Like It Here

  • Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home
  • Friendly, capable team with a strong sense of purpose
  • Established training provider with a national footprint
