Job Details

We’re seeking a passionate and reliable First Aid & CPR Trainer to deliver accredited training in HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid and HLTAID009 – Provide CPR. This role is perfect for an experienced trainer looking for flexible, ongoing work with a reputable RTO in a supportive environment. Fire Safety training experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and compliant First Aid & CPR sessions
• Conduct assessments in line with the training package
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance and assessments
• Support a range of learners to complete their training successfully

Essential Criteria:

• TAE40110 (or above) Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
• Hold a current Australian Business Number (ABN)
• Current HLTAID011 and HLTAID009 competencies
• Recent industry experience and currency in First Aid/CPR
• Experience in face-to-face accredited training delivery
• Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience delivering to CALD groups or job-seeker cohorts
• Fire Safety training experience (preferred but not essential)
• Flexibility to travel between campuses if required
